Grade 5 Titanium — High Strength-to-Weight Performance
S-PARTS works with a specialized metal material supply chain serving the aerospace industry in Xi'an and conducts continuous laboratory comparison and testing to select titanium alloy materials that meet S-PARTS internal quality requirements.
Our Grade 5 titanium alloy fasteners achieve an average tensile strength exceeding 1050 MPa, significantly above the referenced industry benchmark of 895 MPa.
Under comparable conditions, S-PARTS Grade 5 titanium fasteners offer mechanical performance comparable to Class 10.9 steel fasteners while weighing approximately half as much. This provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio for lightweight performance applications.
Precision Forging. Precision CNC Machining.
S-PARTS bolt heads are hot-forged using dedicated custom dies at approximately 650°C. To maintain consistent forming accuracy during high-temperature production, each stamping die is limited to no more than 300 production cycles.
The fastener bodies are precision-machined in-house using high-precision multi-axis CNC equipment. Micron-level dimensional and thread control helps deliver clean, consistent thread engagement and precise fit.
PVD Vacuum Nitrided Finish
Gold, Rainbow, Black, and Blue finishes use a PVD vacuum nitriding process, forming a dense nitrided surface layer on the titanium alloy.
The treatment improves surface hardness and wear resistance while providing a rich, durable finish designed to withstand everyday riding conditions.
Electrochemical Anodized Finish
Green, Purple, Candy, and Indigo finishes feature an electrochemical anodized finish.
The color is created by controlling the thickness of the oxide layer formed on the titanium surface. Light interacting with the oxide layer produces different colors through optical interference.
No dyes or pigments are used to create the color.
